Happy six month anniversary of The Scavenger! Time has really flown. With nearly 300 books sold (and hopefully many more to come with the upcoming event of BookCon), I’m extremely grateful for the amount of love and support I’ve received. It’s been a wild ride and, with my second book in the works, I’m looking forward to continuing my writing career long into the future.

Over the past few months, I’ve been approached by multiple book clubs interested in reading The Scavenger! As popularity has increased, I’ve decided to put together a list of questions to discuss if your book club decides to read it. Feel free to use all of them, some of them, or even add some of your own!

What were your first impressions of the four main characters (Catherine, Samuel, Frank, Nathan)? Did they change as the book progressed?

Why do you think Frank felt such a strong connection with Samuel?

What were your thoughts when Catherine and Samuel first met?

In what ways did Nickie (Frank’s sister) provide for Samuel? As a friend? As a mother?

How did Nathan’s personal experiences affect how he dealt with the investigation?

Nathan and Therese have been partners for years. How did they work together and balance each other’s personalities?

How did the ending make you feel? Happy? Sad? Regretful? Satisfied? Why?

And that’s all! If your book club is interested in reading The Scavenger, feel free to contact me for a reduced rate on copies 🙂

Keep working hard!
